Local select oysters breaded w/cornmeal and bacon, lightly fried and served w/a country sausage and potato hash, then finished w/a North Carolina BBQ glaze.

Tuna Poke
Sashimi grade tuna, pan seared "RARE" and dressed w/soy, sesame oil, green onions, fresh pineapple, ginger, chili sauce and flying fish roe.
3.
Chesapeake Bay lump crab and cornflake crabcakes.
Lightly dressed lump crab crab cakes, breaded w/cornflakes and flash fried. Topped w/a tropical fruit salsa and a mango couli.

Grilled 8oz. Flat Iron steak
A grilled Flat Iron steak w/a fried tomato bacon butter and crispy fried shallots. Served w/fresh cut duck fat fries and a wedge of Ice Burg lettuce w/tomatoes, crumbled bacon and blue cheese dressing.

A broiled fresh flounder filet, fried jumbo shrimp and lump crab meat finished w/ an old bay burre blanc. Served w/ roasted red potatoes and grilled asparagus

A mashed fried plantain "tortilla" topped w/hand pulled, Cuban roasted pork, a roasted piquillo pepper and blood orange mojo. Served w/tomato and annato braised yuca.
